Keith is a seasoned broker with 40 years real estate experience (Not one years experience repeated 39 times!) and specializes in traditional residential transactions, short sales and probate sales.

 

Keith was an elected officer and director of the Orange County Assocation of Mortgage Brokers and also served for 15 years on the advisory board at California State University for the Mortgage Banking Certificate Program. He has is a Graduate of the Realty Institute (GRI) and was the CEO of a Registered Investment Security.

As a former mortgage broker, Keith is well versed in the mortgage industry. He has performed nearly every aspect of this industry, from underwriting to drawing and signing loan docs to funding. He is the agent you want if you suspect a challenging issue with title, trust, or even unique family dynamics.

Keith enjoys working out in his off time. He leads his local church discussion group and finds fulfillment bringing his group to local senior homes to entertain and engage those less fortunate.
