David Hochman has been a successful full-time residential Realtor for 46 years since 1979. Born in Canoga Park and raised in Granada Hills, David has been a Californian his entire life. The idea of helping homeowners sell their home and move on to the next chapter of their life has always been a fulfilling feeling for David. Also helping buyers find the right home to settle into and start or raise their family, and watch their children grow up has always been very rewarding for David. Taking that joy of helping families led David in 2016 along with being a Realtor to start buying distressed homes renovating them and then selling them to have families enjoy the finished product. David has been hands on in the aesthetic design of the home, as well as overseeing the construction renovation. This has given David a great amount of knowledge that has helped him advise homeowners on remodeling ideas or items that can be done to maximize sales price, as well as the ability to foresee any outstanding issues on a home that could come up on a home inspection.

 

David has three daughters and four grandchildren and loves hanging out with family. He is also very active in the gay community. As a proud gay man who was married early on in his life’s journey to a lovely women who passed away at 45 years old, he knows both sides of love and commitment. He carries that commitment in his business life and has a very strong belief in honesty and integrity. David loves to golf on his time off and is trying very hard to get his score to a respectable area of consistent 80’s (if you know golf that’s not an easy feat).
